Married for 52 years, Kenneth & Alison Sardinha have, for the last 32 years, delighted the discerning gourmet visitor and the demanding local gourmand alike with the Blue Crab restaurant’s tasteful – and immaculately presented – “real Tobago” cuisine. Kenneth in the kitchen and Alison in the front of house guarantee lunch (and Wednesday and Friday night dinner) is always terrific and the atmosphere genial and relaxing. The Sardinhas see good, healthy, subtly-flavoured Tobagonian food as life’s most important elixir – and they make it a pleasure for us to take our medicine! The Blue Crab serves real Tobagonian food, made and served by the most genuine couple in Tobago with all the love in their hearts. The comma in the headline above is important – but the headline would also be accurate without it.
