6 blue crabs
1 large lime
1 coconut
2 tlbs curry powder
4 tlbs corn oil
fresh herbs-chives, parsley, onion etc.
3 1/2 cups water
Grate coconut and soak in water and extract milk. Clean and wash crabs with lime. Heat oil and fry onions and other seasonings and then add curry powder and cook for 10 minutes. Add crab and coconut milk and simmer 30 minutes.
